Sachem High School East senior Aman Rahman was recently awarded second place in the sixth annual Narrative magazine Tell Me a Story High School Contest for his original poem, “Ivy.”

As part of the international contest including work from students ages 15-18 that was subject to an extensive judging process, Aman’s poem will be published in Narrative magazine alongside many of today’s best writers.
