The journey continues for Sachem East field hockey, which captured a Class A Long Island championship by beating Massapequa 3-0 this past weekend.

Bridget Abraldes scored two goals and recorded an assist. Meghan Higgins scored the other goal for Sachem.

The Arrows, 18-0 this season, will now play in the NYSPHSAA championship against Maine-Endwell on Nov. 16. The match will take place at Williamsville North High School at 12:30 p.m.
