Good morning all,

We are looking at what could be a rather large snow event Wednesday night into Thursday. We will be tracking this and hope to make the call Wednesday afternoon/evening if models stay the same. Right now we are looking at some models saying almost a foot of snow.

NYSED sought out districts late this summer to take part in a pilot to turn snow days into remote learning days. They will gather information and data from those pilot schools and make a determination as to what they will have all schools do in future years. We are not one of the pilot districts, therefore we would simply be off on any snow day this year. We actually have up to 5 snow days built into our calendar without losing breaks as they currently exist.

As always in a Pandemic year, this is the plan as it currently exists.
