In a groundbreaking moment for the competition, Sachem High School East senior Leah Ratto swept every specialty award – a first in BAFFA history.
Under the guidance of Mrs. Wrigley, Ratto earned 1st Place in the Painting category and claimed all four of BAFFA’s major specialty awards:

* 2025 Jacqueline C. Palmer Award.
* 2025 Bell Street Artists Scholarship.
* 2025 Women Sharing Art Scholarship.
