On June 4, Wenonah Elementary School families gathered for a spirited evening of music, baseball and celebration at the annual Wenonah Day with the Long Island Ducks. Organized by the PTA, the event combined fun and fundraising while creating lasting memories for students and families alike.

The evening kicked off with a special performance by the talented 5th Grade Band, who entertained fans with a lively pregame concert in front of the visiting team’s dugout. Adding to the excitement, Wenonah’s fifth graders were invited onto the field for a graduation lineup, marking their transition to middle school.

The Ducks capped off the evening with a win, defeating the Maryland Blue Crabs 7-4. It was a night to remember, filled with school spirit and community pride.
