Lynwood Avenue Elementary School hosted a celebration to honor the Lynwood Trivia Tigers for being awarded the Battle of the Buildings Sachem Cup. Battle of the Buildings is a competition within the district that tests staff on trivia questions. It raises scholarship money for students at Sachem High School East and North.

The Sachem PTA Council presented the Lynwood Trivia Tigers with the Sachem Cup. The building held a parade with a firetruck procession to cheer on this years’ winners.
