Eastside Virtual Enterprise Students Showcase Innovation at International Youth Business Summit

The Eastside Virtual Enterprise team, led by Mr. Ward, recently took its talents to the global stage, traveling to the Javits Center in New York City to participate in the International Youth Business Summit.
A group of 25 motivated Sachem East students immersed themselves in the fast-paced environment of the tradeshow floor, collaborating with peers from around the world while promoting their student-run 3D printing business. The experience provided students with a real-world platform to apply their classroom knowledge in a professional setting.
Throughout the summit, students were responsible for setting up and managing their own trade show booth, engaging with attendees, pitching their business, and building connections with fellow young entrepreneurs. The event was a powerful, hands-on opportunity to strengthen communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
By stepping into the heart of the business world, Eastside students gained valuable insight into entrepreneurship and workforce readiness, making the experience both educational and inspiring.
