The Sachem East football team capped off a spirited Homecoming week with a hard-fought 14–9 victory over Patchogue-Medford on Saturday afternoon. 

The win improved the Arrows’ record to 3–4 in Suffolk Division I and gave fans plenty to cheer about after a week full of pride, celebration, and community events, including the Homecoming pep rally, dance, and carnival.

Sachem East’s defense delivered in the clutch, as Brady King made a key tackle for a loss on fourth down to force a turnover and seal the victory late in the game. On offense, quarterback Ryan Lane connected with Sal Sinacore for a 22-yard touchdown pass, and Cody Quinlivan added a 2-yard rushing score to round out the Arrows’ offensive effort.

The energy from the stands carried onto the field, with students, staff, and alumni filling the bleachers in a sea of red and black. The Homecoming festivities showcased the strength of Sachem pride, uniting the community around its athletes and school spirit.
