Welcome to Mr. Higgins' Seventh Grade History class.
I am looking forward to a GREAT YEAR.
Just a few quick notes for all parents:
1. Each week please check the weekly calendar for assignments. Homework is giving weekly.
2. Please feel free to contact me for information throughout the year. Call the Guidance Office or the Main Office and leave me a message. If needed send me an E-mail,my e-mail is ehiggins@sachem.edu,but I do not check it everyday.
3. Tests are approximately every two weeks.
4. Students will be asked to do at least two projects during the year which involves groups to get together outside of school. Computers will be needed to finalize each project.
No extra credit will be given for any reason.
Students will be given the opportunity to do HERE'S THE NEWS, which will be explained when school begins.
Please check the calendar given to the students to make sure all homework is done.
