K-2 may check out 1 book 3-4 grades may check out 2 items 5th grade may check out up to 3 items |

Students are responsible for all lost or
damaged items. All lost or damaged beyond repair items must be paid for |

If an item is damaged but can be repaired
please return to the library so we can check it into our book hospital
