BLT MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Hiawatha Elementary School community is to build a foundation for students to be motivated, respectful, honest, and become life-long learners who will be well prepared to succeed and contribute to their society. The teamwork of an enthusiastic Hiawatha staff, parents and community members will provide a challenging, comprehensive, relevant and rewarding curriculum in a safe nurturing environment.
