Attention all Potential June 2013 Graduates: Please check for the correct spelling of your name on the lists posted outside Cafeteria B, in the Guidance Office or the Dean’s Office. If changes are needed, or if your name is missing, please see Mrs. Metrinko in Room C175 immediately. Please remember that although your name is on this list, it does not confirm graduation.

The Revelations Literary Magazine will meet today.

Science National Honor Society Heckshire State Park Service Project has been rescheduled to June 1.

The Culinary Club will have its final meeting on Monday, June 3rd.

JV Boys Tennis end of the season party will be today in room B306. Please make sure to bring your uniforms, if you did not hand them in already.

To all girls interested in playing tennis next fall: There will be a meeting today in B 302 directly after school. Please see Mr. Holden, if you are unable to attend.

All members of the boys track and field team: There will be a brief meeting today during 9 th period in the auxiliary gym to review season ending procedures including our BBQ and summer camps. Please bring $8 with you to the meeting.

Tickets will be on sale for a GSA Silent Lunch today periods 4 – 7 outside the cafeteria $2 pizza and a drink!

Attention All Senior Athletes: If you have not handed in your senior athlete awards form to Mr. Hughes, you need to do so before the end of the week.

Please be advised that sports physicals are being postponed until further notice.

All library books should be returned as soon as possible. If you’re a senior with an overdue book, this may affect your graduation. Any questions? Speak with the library staff. All library books need to be returned to the library by their due date.

The Book Series Club will meet this Friday afternoon, May 24. All members should attend.

The Science Club will meet briefly today 9th period. All members please attend.

All Interact Volunteer Club members that did not make this week’s meeting, you must see Mr. Lemke in room A332 before periods 6, 7 and 8 today or Friday.

The Anime club will be meeting in room A105 today.

Congratulations to the Varsity Softball Team on their 4 - 1 playoff win over Commack. Outstanding fielding plays were turned in by Amanda Fitzgerald and Cassie Asselta. Batting stars were Cassie Asselta, Marissa Smith, and Marissa Wilson. Pitcher Marissa Smith kept the strong hitting Commack in check and finished the game with a game ending strikeout. Great job girls!

The Salon is open Friday located on the second Floor in room A228. Students and faculty stop by today, and make an appointment. All students must pick up a release to have their parents sign.

There is a mandatory Relay for life meeting today at 7pm in the little theater here at East. All permission slips are due. Please make every effort to attend.
