The Social Studies Department of Sachem East
High School is composed of a dynamic group of educators who
are dedicated to providing the highest quality of instruction
to our students. Our mission is to provide all students with
access to a strong foundation of historical knowledge that
will allow them to become more engaged citizens. As a department
we provide a variety of instructional techniques to allow
students of all abilities to meet with success.
