The Shared Decision Making Team was established in each Sachem school to enhance student performance.

The Cayuga Building Leadership Team (BLT) is composed of three teachers, three parents and the building principal. The parent and teacher representatives are each elected for a 3 year term.  

The goal of the BLT is to gather information and provide programs to continually improve the quality of the learning environment in our school.
