At the most recent meeting of the Sachem Central School District Board of Education, the Board recognized outstanding staff members for their honorable service to the district.

As part of the meeting, the Board recognized those retiring this year as well as those who received SCOPE Awards. Bevin Llanes was awarded for Community Service, Mary Pepe for Teacher Service, Kathleen McCabe for Support Staff Service and Jose Cruz and Stacie Spatafora-DiCio for Administrator Service.

The honorees received a personalized plaque in recognition of their outstanding achievements.
