| The Personnel Office or Human Resources Department of the Sachem Central School District provides ongoing support and service to approximately 3,000 employees per year. All employees working for the Sachem Central School District must be certificated employees recognized by the New York State Education Department or non-instructional employees as recognized by the Office of Civil Service. If you are a certificated employee seeking information or employment, you are required to use our on-line application system; because of the volume of interest in these positions, we will not look at paper, fax or resumes sent via email. The on-line system provides you with the opportunity to attach resumes, certification, cover letters, letters of recommendation, or any other pertinent information. You are highly encouraged to utilize this system if you wish to be considered for employment.
For non-instructional employees, we have provided an application that you may down-load and utilize. All applications must be mailed or delivered to the Personnel Office at 245 Union Avenue, Holbrook, New York, 11741.
