Information for Withdrawal from the Sachem School District
Beginning February 23, 2009, all students who need to withdraw from the Sachem Central School District must do so at the Central Registration Office. This includes all students moving out of the district as well as those transferring to private or parochial schools.
In order to complete the withdrawal notice, you must currently have residential custody of your child and provide a valid driver’s license or other photo ID. After completing the form, you will then have to return it to the appropriate school building for an authorized signature in order to obtain necessary school records.
