Mission Statement: The Advisory Council consists of residents appointed by the
Board of Education. The Council is made up of concerned residents of the District and encourages the active participation of all community members. It's goal is to be
representative of the many and diverse groups of which Sachem is comprised. With one voice, the Advisory Council can bring to the Board of Education the concerns,
issues, and recommendations for solutions from the entire community in order to facilitate a dialogue between the Board and its many constituents. The Council meets
generally on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30pm in the library at Sachem North. Interested residents are invited to attend. For more information, please call 471-1411.
